[MOAB-dev] get_entities_by_handle - entities do not include meshset entities

Thanks Tim for you're assertion.
Was hoping to get all the meshsets too, recursively contained in the entity.
But its not a problem, I will work in another way,
in which I am not interested in the meshsets tree,
hence I can get all the entities and save them in a single meshset.
