[MOAB-dev] Incoming changes to structured mesh interface

Hi all,
   Some fairly major API changes are incoming to the structured mesh interface (ScdInterface).  In a nutshell, I'm 
changing the API functions to pass is_periodic information as an int[2] rather than as 2 bools.  Also, I'm making the 
periodic structured mesh and parallel structured mesh functionality play nicely together, which they haven't really done 
before.  These changes shouldn't affect most users, and if you don't care about doing periodic or parallel structured 
mesh, most arguments have defaults that get you what you had before.  If anybody needs help converting their code over, 
let me know.  Thanks.
