[MOAB-dev] What's going on in this test?

I think it is supposed to compute the width of the max_id from the file, to be used for formatting 
(sets are among the hdf5 entities with the highest internal hdf5 ids, usually)

In test/h5file/dump_sets.c, there's an uninitialized variable being
