[MOAB-dev] GLOBAL_ID = 0 in parallel writer

Hi, all

I have a problem to use parallel write in hdf5 format.
It looks finding all sets with GEOMETRIC_DIMENSION tag and GLOBAL_ID = 0 and removing from export list.

So, I am wondering what GLOBAL_ID = 0 means.
Does it mean any special meaning in parallel writer?
