[MOAB-dev] Test failure on 4.0 branch with --enable-igeom

With --enable-geom, I'm getting a segfault in testSmoothGeom. This goes back to before I backported any of the ITAPS 1.2 spec changes, so this problem has probably been there for a while. This is also one of the things that the buildbot doesn't explicitly test (maybe it should), since no MOAB build has --enable-igeom.
