[MOAB-dev] Trouble buildng MOAB

Thanks for your help, now I am moving to the next problem. ;)

I rebuilt a serial version of CGM, and built a serial, no-CGM version of MOAB. This was successful, and the make-checks for both CGM and MOAB were fine. Now I just tried doing Lasso, but the make-check fails. Here is my configure line:

./configure --prefix=/Software/Lasso --with-igeom=/Software/CGM/serial/gcc --with-imesh=/Software/MOAB/serial/gcc --disable-optimize --enable-debug

I attached the output of configure, make, and make check. If you have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

Justin

If this helps...

If I remove MPI and CGM from my MOAB build, then the make check is successful.

Hello,

I have been trying to install MOAB on a Linux x86_64 workstation, but have
had no success so far. I am building with CGM and Cubit. I have tried both
the version in the repo, and the most recent nightly tarball. They failed
with very similar (identical as far as I can tell) symptoms: configuration
and building seemed successful, but the make check failed. If you have any
suggestions, I would be glad to hear them.

I attached the output/logs for configure, make, and make check.

I suppose the next thing to try would be to install the latest gcc. Besides
that, any other ideas? Many thanks...
