[MOAB-dev] error in mbsize and problem using debugger

Using mbsize -ll for the attached file, I get an error: "Error processing mesh from file: pin1.cub" . This worked in previous revisions.

Another thing is I'm unable use ddd even after using --enable-debug option. 
This is the message on the screen "/nfs/mcs-homes139/jain/MOAB/tools/mbsize": not in executable format: File format not recognized

mbsize: POSIX shell script text executable
