[MOAB-dev] Getting ent set data when tag_size > 1

I noticed a possibly-important omission in the iMesh interface, but
maybe I'm just missing something. If you create a tag with tag_size>1,
how do you get/set all the values on that tag for an entity set? You can
do it for entities (by using the array versions of get/setData), but it
looks like it might be impossible for entity sets...
