[MOAB-dev] dagmc's ray_fire_test utility

I'm going to be doing some work with the ray_fire_test.cc utility located within MOAB under tools/dagmc.  I'd like to change the command-line interface of this testing utility.  (Specifically, I plan to give sensible defaults to the input parameters, so that not every call to the program needs to have 5 arguments.)  If anyone would be inconvenienced by a such a change, please let me know.
