[MOAB-dev] MBHandleUtil.hpp can not be found

Hi!

I am installing moab 3.99.
After configuring installation, when I try "make", I have an error sign that MBHandleUtils.hpp can not be found as follows.

Is there anybody who can tell me why that file is not in the right place and where it is?
