itaps-parallel Speakers & hands on for SC08 tutorial

Hi All,

Based on the discussion yesterday, here are the speakers and time allocated 
for the SC08 tutorial.  We also started discussion of the all of the hands 
on - I think we have several solid examples on the 'simple' side and on the 
'complex' side.  We could probably use a few more intermediate 
examples.  Also it would be nice if they were somewhat related to each 
other; or built on each other in some way.

SC08 Tutorial

Morning Session (3.5 hours)
Introduction, 30 minutes, Lori

Hands on, morning session, 40-50 minutes

   - Simple global query addition to Hello iMesh (Karen?)

Afternoon Session (3.5 hrs)

Parallel Interfaces, 30 minutes, Karen
Software, 30 minutes, Lori and Karen

Case Studies, 40 minutes, Mark and Tim
Conclusions, 5 minutes, Lori
Afternoon Hands On - 1 hr, 10 minutes, break as needed
   - Hello iMeshP (Karen?)
   - Zoltan through iMeshP (Vitus)
   - Adaptivity to a pre-defined mesh size field w/ Zoltan, visualized with 
Visit through iMeshP

Additional ideas for Hands-On - no one signed up for yet
- Simple global or local mesh Query with iMeshP (possible Karen?)
- Simple example setting up ghost node communications (suggested, but no 
one signed up for) (possible Martin?)
- Instructions for Download and build a simple example with 1 
implementation (possible Tim or Carl?)
- Use of Mesquite, Frontier and Swapping services through iMesh/iMeshP 
(Martin, Xiaolin/Ryan, Carl)
