itaps-parallel ITAPS tutorial submitted

Hi All,

I just uploaded the ITAPS tutorial to the SC08 web site (yea!) and added 
it to our repository under 
Presentations/ITAPS_Tutorial/ITAPS_SC08_Tutorial_Submitted.pdf and 
ITAPS_SC08_Tutorial_Draft-09-19.ppt

Thanks to everyone for their contributions - I'm pretty happy with the 
final product.  I talked with some CCA folks about how they handled any 
changes to slides that need to be made before the tutorial and, while we 
should keep it to a minimum, they suggested creating an icon, using it 
on any slides that change, and posting the final version to our web site 
for folks to download.
