itaps-parallel /usr/local/itaps on mesh.ep.wisc.edu

I am almost certain I did NOT use most up to date version. I probably
don't know where to go to get the most up to date. Any chance you could
either email direct to me (miller86 at llnl.gov) or make it available on
Tim's machine and then email me where you put it?
