On 7/25/08, I sent an email with instructions for foreign nationals
who will attend the Bootcamp at Sandia in September.
I failed to follow Sandia's procedures in sending that email.
If you have not already destroyed that email, would you please
destroy it and its attachments immediately?  Equivalent information
is available at www.sc.doe.gov/sc-80/security/security_doc/sensitive_terrorist_list.pdf.

The email was sent 7/25/08; its subject is "ITAPS Boot camp bureaucracy for non-US citizens."
