Here's info about US Citizen visitors for the bootcamp.

If you are a US Citizen and hold a valid DOE badge (e.g., from LLNL or
Argonne), please bring it with you.  I'm told you will need to have it
scanned at the badge office when you arrive.

If you are a US Citizen and you do not hold a valid DOE badge, please
complete the attached form and return it to Sandia; I'd like to have these
forms back by September 2.  (These forms are required for your network
access.)  Since the document requests personal information, I understand if
you do not want to email it.  You can fax it to me, Vitus, or Vonda Coleman
at 505-284-2518.  The fax machine is in a common area, so please TALK with
one of us first to make sure someone is here to receive the fax before you
send it.  Our phone numbers are listed below.

Again, if you are NOT a US Citizen (and are still reading this email :),
please respond to the email I sent on Friday, July 25, as soon as possible!
