itaps-parallel Minibootcamp next week

Lori and the ITAPS parallel team:

Delta airlines did Onkar and I in. We were not able to get out of Albany 
today. We are on a flight in the morning. Our estimated arrival to the 
hotel will be between 11am and noon (hopefully).

If the parallel interface stuff is started before we get there we would 
request that things other than the partition communications stuff be 
worked on since we want to be there for that. As you can see from the 
results I sent out over the week-end, doing communications as 
effectively as possible does make a big difference in performance.
