Hi All,
Just a quick note to let you know the topics of discussion for the ITAPS
mini-bootcamp next week. We will start at 9 am on Tuesday March 11 in
the BoardRoom of the Atlanta Renaissance (same hotel as the SIAM
meeting). In the morning, I would like to review ITAPS project status
with an informal round-robin report from each attending site PI on their
ongoing work. In particular, I would like to hear about both technical
progress and work with applications. Karen Devine will then review the
status of the parallel interface definition efforts with an overview of
the data model and interface specfication to date. We will allow
significant time for discussion on this topic. We will end the day by
planning the upcoming SciDAC 2008 tutorial and SC08 tutorial
submission. I would also like to review status of the iMesh paper
submission which Carl is leading and will work with Carl to determine
when this best fits into his schedule as he is calling in remotely.
For those who cannot attend the meeting in person and would like to
listen to the discussion I have ordered a polycon calling in. Please
let me know if you plan to do this and the approximate times.
Other pressing topics that folks would like to add into the schedule for
discussion in person?
Lori
