itaps-parallel iMesh-Defs.inc for FMDB

Ting and Onkar:

I had to modify the iMesh-Defs.inc that was in
/usr/local/itaps/FMDB_iMeshP/lib in order for it to work with my examples.
Of course, I couldn't or wouldn't edit it in your directory, so I made a
copy in my home directory.  Please look at my version and, if it looks
correct, transfer it to your implementation.
