itaps-parallel gcc, g++ links back to 4.2

Hi all,
   Mark Miller objected strongly to my previous change, so I've switched 
the /usr/bin/gcc and g++ back to point to 4.2.  If you want them to get 
4.3 by default, put /usr/local/gcc-4.3/bin in your path before /usr/bin.
