itaps-parallel FindConnect example ready

Hi all,
   I've added ~tautges/ITAPS/SVN/Examples/IMESH/FindConnect to the 
examples on the mesh machine; this example shows how to use 
dynamically-allocated arrays in Fortran.  Note the extra options passed 
to configure (see top of config.log) for specifying pointer size and 
cray pointer options to gfortran.  I've added a note in the README file 
about that.  Eventually, we'll get this fixed so the configure script 
figures that out.
