itaps-parallel Notes from today's telecon

Hi, Onkar. I tried the examples, and was able to build and execute with the
following modification:

In "to compile" section, step (a) should include "src" in DEVROOT:
  export DEVROOT=$HOME/mesh_refinement/src

The test program gives a lot of output; I think most of it is from iZoltan.
I asked Vitus to turn the output level down in iZoltan, so his change will
benefit you as well.  I'm not sure what the rest of the output means;
perhaps you can make it less terse. Also, for parallel output with
statistics about data on an individual processor, can you include the
processor number?

Can the users visualize what happened with the program?

Having built and run the program, I'm not sure what to do next. Are you
planning to have a presentation to go along with the program? Or will there
be exercises?

Thanks.
Karen
