itaps-parallel Hello_iMeshP hands-on tutorial ready for review

Hi Karen,

I tried the Hello example as a new user of the iMesh system (I actually
had not logged on before today, so I was a good test user..). It looks
very promising and I like the text and description you wrote - others
should try to emulate it.

Unfortunately, my environment (and I assume other new user environments)
did not allow me to get past the set up phase. Here are the issues I
encountered:

1. What is in the Examples subdirectory? Do we need this? Doesn't look
related to iMesh in any way.
2. default shell is bash, so setenv doesn't work (switched to tcsh)
3. hello_iMesh is not in the default path... needs to be ./hello_iMesh
4. error with running the parallel example - both tcsh and bash: It
can't find the executable; so I assume I have to do something with
paths, but I'm not sure what....

mesh:~/Hello> mpirun -np 1 hello_iMeshP test_meshes/cube.1part/cube.sms
problem with execution of hello_iMeshP on mesh: [Errno 2] No such
file or directory

mpirun -np 1 /mnt/disk2a/Hello/hello_iMeshP test_meshes/cube.1part/cube.sms
problem with execution of /mnt/disk2a/Hello/hello_iMeshP on mesh:
[Errno 2] No such file or directory

Do you want to make the appropriate changes to directions and I can try
again?

Thanks,
Lori
