itaps-parallel Hello_iMeshP hands-on tutorial ready for review

I have completed the hello_iMesh and hello_iMeshP hands-on exercise that
will be used at the end of the tutorial's morning session.  Anyone who is
interested (and, in particular, our guinea pigs) should feel free to review
it.

Step-by-step instructions for the tutorial are in
/usr/local/itaps/Hello/HandsOn_Session1.txt.

This hands-on session covers the following topics:
-  Basic set-up for working on the mesh machine.
-  Differences between hello_iMesh.c and hello_iMeshP.c
-  Working with parts and part handles.
-  Getting neighbor-part info.
-  Getting vertices from a part.
-  Getting coordinates for vertices.

Please let me know what improvements can be made.
