We consider a 'part' as a mesh-database (which will use some data
structures to store entities like a serial mesh), and we also have
classification against partition model (each entity in the part knows
which parts it resides-on in terms of part-values/IDs, it is not
necessarily a value especially for entities on inter-part boundaries).
