We are pleased to invite submissions to the International Symposium on
Quantum Computing and Communications Systems (CQCS 2026), a premier
international forum dedicated to advancing the next generation of
intelligent and secure quantum systems.
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Hybrid)
Dates: September 15–18, 2026
Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE proceedings through the
IEEE Sixth Intelligent Cybersecurity Conference (ICSC 2026).
WHY CQCS 2026?
Quantum technologies are rapidly evolving from isolated laboratory
devices into distributed, networked, service-oriented, and intelligent
systems. CQCS 2026 is founded on the vision that the future of quantum

CQCS 2026 welcomes:
- Full Research Papers: 7-8 Pages
- Short Papers: 4-6 ages
- Work-in-Progress Papers: (demo) 2-3 Pages
- Vision and Review Papers: up to 20 pages
Both theoretical and applied contributions are encouraged.
