**Overview**

The IFIP International Conference on Network and Parallel Computing
(NPC) is a prestigious annual gathering that serves as a global
platform for researchers, academics, and industry practitioners to
present findings and innovative solutions in the fields of networked,
distributed, and parallel computing. NPC is a CCF (China Computer
Federation) recommended conference (C series) and a C-recommended
conference under the CORE ranking system.

**Submission Guidelines**

Papers reporting original and unpublished research results and
experience are solicited. All submissions must be formatted using the
Springer-LNCS template and must not exceed **12 pages**. The
conference proceedings will be published by Springer-LNCS, indexed by
EI and Scopus. All paper submissions will be handled electronically
