Dear colleagues,

It’s that time of year again, and the deadlines for Tutorial submissions 
at IEEE Quantum Week (QCE 2026) are approaching. This year’s conference 
will be held in Toronto, Canada, September 13-18.

Key dates:
- Tutorial abstracts due: Monday, 16 March 2026
- Full tutorial proposals due: Monday, 23 March 2026
- Tutorial acceptance notification: Monday, 13 April 2026

Tutorials are a key part of QCE, providing an opportunity to shape how 
quantum computing is taught and understood across academia and industry. 
We would strongly encourage colleagues to consider submitting proposals, 
particularly those that bridge theory and practice or support broader 
engagement with quantum technologies.
