[hpc-announce] Call for Posters: CCGrid 2026

Dear Colleagues,

We invite participants to submit original and unpublished works as 
posters to the CCGrid 2026 conference, presenting the latest 
breakthroughs in Cluster, Cloud and Internet computing technologies 
developed by academic and industry professionals. Topics of interest 
should cover the conference scope and tracks

*Submission and review process*

Authors are invited to submit short (2-4 pages) poster papers prepared 
in the two-column IEEE conference format and using the following Easy 
Chair link

the CCGrid2026 Posters track). Each poster paper will be taken through a 
peer-review process by an internationally recognized group of experts. 
The papers will be evaluated on:

  * Quality of presentation
  * Scientific content
  * Relevance to conference

Accepted poster papers’ authors must register and present their posters 
at the conference. Accepted papers will be published in the conference 
proceedings.

*Best Poster Award*

A Best Poster Award will be presented to the most accomplished CCGrid 
2026 poster selected by the Poster IPC members. The winner of the 
best-rated poster will receive an award certificate and a prize.

*Important dates*

  * Poster papers submission: 15 February 2026
  * Notification of Acceptance: 15 March 2026
  * Final (camera-ready) version due/registration: 15 March 2026
  * Conference dates/poster presentation: 18-21 May 2026

*Poster presentation information*

  * By submitting a poster proposal, you agree to present the poster at
    CCGrid 2026 in Sydney, Australia.
  * Poster presenters need to be registered CCGrid 2026 participants.
    Only posters of registered presenters will be admitted.
  * The participants will be able to display the poster during the
    conference and give a brief presentation.
  * Poster size and format: the final poster may not exceed A0 portrait
    paper size (841 mm × 1189 mm) or A1 landscape size (594 mm × 841 mm).
  * Poster presenters are responsible for creating, printing and
    transporting their posters to the conference. The organizers will
    provide poster boards, numbers, topic areas, tape, etc., for the
    poster session.
