HiPC 2025 Call For Workshop Proposals
32nd IEEE International Conference on High Performance Computing, Data, and Analytics
17–20 December 2025 in Hyderabad, India


The 32nd annual IEEE International Conference on High Performance Computing, Data, and Analytics (HiPC 2025) will take place in Hyderabad from December 17 to 20, 2025. We request call for proposals for conducting workshops that will complement the main technical program. Each workshop should center on a coherent theme or topic related to HPC and/or scalable data science. We particularly encourage workshop themes that relate to emerging technical areas and/or emerging application contexts of societal value (e.g., agriculture, energy, sustainability, workforce development).


Workshops will be held on the first day of the conference (December 17). Most workshops are expected to run as half-day sessions (3 to 3.5 hours), although proposals for full-day workshops (6 to 7 hours) are also welcome. Workshops may take one of two formats:
- Mini-conference style, including peer-reviewed contributed papers and optional components such as keynote talk,  invited talks, poster sessions, and panel discussions.
- Symposium style, focused on interactive sessions without formal proceedings, emphasizing deeper engagement and focused discussions.

Papers accepted for presentation at the Symposium style workshops will be included in the workshops volume of the conference proceedings with a separate ISBN (HiPCW 2025). Post-conference, papers presented at the conference and eligible for inclusion will be made available to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Workshop organizers should further note the following recommended deadlines for their workshop organization to coordinate the proceedings of the main conference:


Submission site open (latest by): September 1, 2025
Full Paper submissions (latest by): October 10, 2025
Author notifications (latest by): November 6, 2025
Individual Workshop Advance Program published (latest by): November 10, 2025
Camera-ready version (firm deadline): November 14, 2025
Conference dates: December 17-20, 2025
