The IEEE Colombian Conference on Communications and Computing (COLCOM),
organized by the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) aims at showing the
progress and development of the academic, scientific and industrial usage
of the different areas of telecommunications and computing. COLCOM is the
most important conference held annually in Colombia and attracts
submissions and participants from all the country and its neighborhoods. It
covers the scope of all ComSoc Technical Committees and has a broad
technical program that includes renowned keynote speakers and
comprehensive tutorials presenting  the state-of-the-art in communications.
  This  year  will  mark the 18th edition of COLCOM,  and  the  city  of
Popayán has  been chosen to host the conference, known as Colombia's "White
City". Popayán is a destination rich in history, culture, and breathtaking
landscapes. Its colonial streets, iconic churches, and exquisite local
cuisine captivate every visitor; visiting Popayán is an opportunity to
experience a place where history and beauty come together!.

We hope that the government, academy and industry will take active
participation in IEEE COLCOM 2025. Papers will be reviewed by an
international technical committee under the IEEE standard procedure.
Accepted papers must be presented in oral sessions, which is mandatory in
order to be published in the conference proceedings (IEEE Xplore database,
including ISBN). In this version, the main subject is "Generative AI for
Advanced Communication Networks". The IEEE COLCOM 2025  Organizing
Committee is  inviting  the  submission  of original,  unpublished,
high-quality research papers.

Papers should be written in English or Spanish; however, the abstract MUST
