The International Symposium on Highly Efficient Accelerators and
Reconfigurable Technologies (HEART) is a forum to present and
discuss new research on computing systems utilizing acceleration
technology. The main theme of HEART is achieving high efficiency
with accelerators. Today, performance acceleration with high
efficiency is highly demanded in various computing domains such
as high-performance computing and data centers.
In HEART 2025, we focus on power, energy and algorithmic efficiency
on the AI technology such as LLM (large-language model) and beyond.
We also focus on technologies related to quantum computing.
Accepted papers will be published in the ACM International Conference
Proceedings Series (ICPS) and will appear in the ACM Digital Library:

[ New! in 2025: Work in Progress Papers ]
This year HEART 2025 will accept Work in Progress (WiP) papers of
up to 4 pages (excluding references) as well as regular papers
(up to 12 pages) and extended abstracts (up to 4 pages, for the
Ph.D. Forum). This is intended to foster in-depth discussion and
collaboration with other researchers on ongoing research.

[ Submission Guidelines - Format and Anonymity ]
HEART 2025 adopts a double-blind review process: authors should **not**
identify themselves, so author names, affiliations, e-mail addresses,
and self-references should be blanked out.
1) Regular Papers:
Prospective authors are invited to submit original contributions as
12-page papers (not counting references) to be considered regular papers.
2) [New!] Work in Progress Papers:
You are invited an extended abstract of up to 4 pages (not counting
references) on an ongoing research project. If your abstract is accepted,
you will be asked to give an oral presentation. The presentation time
may be shorter than that for regular papers.
3) Ph.D. Forum Papers:
Ph.D. students working in areas relevant to HEART 2025 are solicited to
submit an extended abstract of up to 4 pages (not counting references)
comprising a summary of their research findings, work in progress, and/or
planned research―the Ph.D. Forum is intended as a platform for Ph.D.
students to interact with peers and experienced researchers.
Note: The form of Ph.D. forum will consist of pitch and poster
presentations.
Note: The Ph.D. student should be the first author; thesis advisors may
be co-authors. The technical program committee will review submissions to
ensure quality and relevance.
Please prepare your manuscript using the ACM Primary Article Template
(sigconf format) and follow the guidelines (2. The Workflow and Templates)
