We are excited to announce call for presentations/abstracts for the upcoming Workshop on Practical Reproducibility in HPC<https://urldefense.us/v3/__https://reproduciblehpc.org__;!!G_uCfscf7eWS!bShB1uDd63_E5s-0IS5E4CLcnx_uOGUlUJGuDVeUNXB7lTbfXJhXFOYc0T0Z1i9PTrPkkWWGKpcrfujK9BVffcOjJ2DULHMdKw$ >, to be held on November 18, 2024, in Atlanta, GA. This workshop aims to address the unique challenges of reproducibility in High-Performance Computing (HPC) and advance practical solutions for those challenges. We solicit the submission of 2-page presentation abstracts, especially from authors and reviewers participating in artifact evaluation initiatives at computer science systems and HPC conferences, covering their experience of packaging and reviewing their artifacts. For the top 10 selected abstracts, we will reimburse travel expenses of up to $1,500 for the presenting authors (one per abstract).
Rough guidelines on topics of interest and how to submit are outlined in:

Also of interest are abstracts covering an overall summary of artifact evaluation experiences from systems/HPC-focused artifact evaluation initiatives. This is your opportunity to share your experiences, challenges, and solutions in implementing reproducible practices in HPC environments.
Workshop Objectives and Themes:
- Explore the distinct challenges of reproducibility in HPC, including specialized hardware requirements, extreme scales, and complex software stacks
- Share innovative approaches and tools for enhancing reproducibility in HPC research
- Discuss experiences from HPC-focused reproducibility initiatives
- Formulate strategies to better integrate reproducibility into mainstream HPC research and education
Submission Guidelines:
- Deadline: October 18, 2024
- Format: PDF, max 2 pages
- Email submissions to: presentations at chameleoncloud.org
- Guidelines: Follow the guidelines at https://urldefense.us/v3/__https://reproduciblehpc.org/__;!!G_uCfscf7eWS!bShB1uDd63_E5s-0IS5E4CLcnx_uOGUlUJGuDVeUNXB7lTbfXJhXFOYc0T0Z1i9PTrPkkWWGKpcrfujK9BVffcOjJ2BOqtZXDQ$ .
Travel Support:
For the top 10 selected abstracts, we will reimburse travel expenses of up to $1,500 for one presenting author per abstract.
Workshop Outcomes:
The workshop aims to produce a comprehensive report capturing the community's collective knowledge and recommendations for advancing practical reproducibility in HPC. Your participation will directly contribute to this effort.
