High-performance computing (HPC) plays a crucial role in tackling large and complex problems in science, engineering, and business by employing efficient algorithms, applications, systems, and software for massively parallel and distributed computing systems. The International Conference on High Performance Computing in the Asia-Pacific Region (HPC Asia) has established itself as a premier forum for researchers and professionals to exchange ideas and nurture innovation across all aspects of high-performance computing systems and applications.

With its upcoming 7th edition, HPC Asia 2024 aims to embrace the "Stepping Forward to the Post Moore Era together" motto. As we embark on the Exascale era, it is important to acknowledge that the Post Moore era will soon follow. HPC Asia 2024 will provide a unique opportunity to deliberate on the challenges that lie ahead in the Post Moore era. Furthermore, we will maintain our focus on the integration of HPC and AI. While the concept of the "convergence" of HPC and AI has been widely discussed, we firmly believe that interdisciplinary collaboration between HPC and AI is essential for ensuring the sustainability of computing in the Post Moore era.

The HPC Asia 24 consists of four tracks:
-----------------------------------
Program Chairs: Hiroyuki Takizawa (Tohoku University, Japan) and Keita Teranishi (Oak Ridge National Laboratory, USA)
1. Application for Algorithms:
Track Chairs: Hatem Ltaief (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Saudi Arabia) and Jiajia Li (North Calorina State University, USA)
2. Programming Models and System Software
Track Chairs: Seyong Lee (Oak Ridge National Laboratory, USA) and Patrick McCormick (Los Alamos National Laboratory, USA)
3. Data, Storage and Visualization
Track Chairs: Ana Gainaru (Oak Ridge National Laboratory, USA) and Martin Schultz (Technical University Munich, Germany)
4. Architectures and Network
Track Chairs: Michihiro Koibuchi (National Institute of Informatics, Japan) and Simon McIntosh-Smith (University of Bristol, UK)

The accepted papers for HPC Asia 24 will be published as part of the ACM International Conference Proceeding Series (ICPS). ACM is implementing changes to the archive format of its publications in order to separate content from presentation in the new Digital Library. This initiative aims to enhance accessibility, improve the flexibility, and ensure the resiliency of our publications. To streamline the process for authors and event managers, ACM has introduced the new Primary template and Publication Workflow. Accepted authors are required to directly upload their source files to The ACM Production System (TAPS).

We would like to inform you that ACM has introduced new ACM Primary Article Templates and a Publication Workflow. Starting from March 1, 2020, all ICPS events are mandated to utilize this new workflow. You can find more information about the workflow at: https://authors.acm.org/proceedings/production-information/taps-production-workflow. The Primary article templates and workflow should be used alongside the ACM e-Rights System and the ACM CCS2012 Author Support Tool available in the ACM Digital Library.

All authors MUST use the new proceedings templates and
refer to the CCS2012 guide:
http://www.acm.org/publications/article-templates/proceedings-template.html/<http://www.acm.org/publications/article-templates/proceedings-template.html/.>

Questions regarding the ACM authoring templates MUST be referred to
the ACM TeX support team at Aptara, at acmtexsupport at aptaracorp.com
