[ICT-DM 2023] CFP 8th International Conference on Information and
Communication Technologies for Disaster Management
September 13-15, 2023
Cosenza (Italy)

Dear Colleagues,

we are pleased to announce the 8th International Conference on Information
and Communication Technologies for Disaster Management (2023). You are
cordially invited to submit your contributions according to the
following deadlines:

- Abstract Registration by May 7, 2023
- Full/Short Paper by May 16, 2023
- Demo/Poster paper by May 16, 2023

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that present original unpublished
research on using ICTs for detection, prevention, preparation, response and
recovery of disasters. There will also be invited presentations by experts
from academia, industry, and government as well as special sessions
dedicated to case studies, demonstrations and experiences based on
pragmatic approaches. This way, the conference will provide a forum for
supporting and encouraging both academic researchers, as well as
practitioners involved in applied-focused research.

The 2023 ICT-DM conference program will be split into the following tracks:

Track 1: Novel ICT 5G/6G Technologies and Drones for Critical Operations
and Disaster Management
Track 2: AI, Big data, ontologies and analytics for crisis management
Track 3: Risk assessment, cyber security and real-time systems
Track 4: Crowdsourcing and social media for disaster & crisis management
Track 5: Massive Machine Type Communications and IoT for Disaster Management
Track 6: Distribution and Virtualized Networks for Resilience in Disaster
