[hpc-announce] 9th International Symposium on Sensor Science (20-22 June 2022, Warsaw, Poland) – Save the Date

Dear Colleagues,

It is a pleasure to announce the “9th International Symposium on Sensor
Science” (I3S2022, https://i3s2022warsaw.sciforum.net/) to be held in
Warsaw, Poland on 20–22 June 2022. This international conference is
supported by the Photonics Society of Poland, the Warsaw University of
Technology, as well as the MDPI journal Sensors, and it will be chaired
by Dr. Piotr Lesiak, Prof. Tomasz Woliński, and Prof. Leszek Jaroszewicz.

This event will bring together leading researchers from around the world
and across the broad field of Sensor Science to share the results of
their recent studies. Over the course of the three days, numerous
internationally renowned speakers will share their current research on
topics related to chemical, physical, and optical/photonic sensors,
biosensors, and a variety of sensor applications.

Participants will have the opportunity to present posters and give short
talks on their work and engage in stimulating discussions. Please submit
your abstract before 6 February 2022. More detailed information and
other important deadlines can be found in the Instructions for Authors
section.

In addition, two Best Oral Presentation Awards of EUR 600 and two Best
Poster Awards of EUR 500 will be given for the research works judged to
make the most significant contributions to the conference. Meeting
attendees will also be encouraged to publish their work in a Special
Issue of Sensors
(https://www.mdpi.com/journal/sensors/special_issues/I3S2022) based on
the conference, with a 20% discount on the publication fees.
