Workshop on Monitoring and Analysis for HPC Systems Plus Applications (HPCMASPA)
with IEEE Cluster 2020, Kobe, Japan. Sept 14, 2020.

HPCMASPA 2020 seeks submissions on new ideas, research, techniques, and tools in the area of HPC monitoring, analysis, and feedback as it relates to increasing efficiency with respect to resource utilization, energy, operations, and application run-time.
