                  Call for Papers (Deadline extension)
*******************************************************************

Dear Colleagues
Following requests of prospective authors and facing impediments in
papers preparation caused by difficult situation due to corona-virus
pandemic, we extend the deadline for paper submissions until 20 April 2020.
We will monitor the world-wide situation concerning the virus pandemic
during the up-coming weeks. Depending on it, we will take decision if
the conference will be organized in the classic way in Warsaw or only as
the online conference via the Internet (with the reduced registration
fee). The decision will be advertised by June 02 on our conference web page.
We cordially invite all the interested in parallel/distributed system
methodology to contribute to the 19th International Symposium on
Parallel and Distributed Computing — ISPDC 2020, hoping to meet you in
Warsaw in person or via the Internet.
We are witnessing an unprecedented development of parallel and
distributed computing techniques and the respective system technology.
To support the development in this area and make it successful, it is
necessary to quickly distribute new ideas and concepts, as well as to
verify new technical solutions. The ISPDC conferences provide a wide
international forum for these purposes with an interactive and friendly,
but strongly professional atmosphere.
The 19th ISPDC event will be hosted in Warsaw, following successful
previous editions in different places since 2002. The 2020 venue — the
capital of Poland — is among the fastest developing metropolitan cities
in Europe and is also a strong scientific and academic center.
You are invited to read the ISPDC 2020 description on the conference web
page https://ispdc2020.ipipan.waw.pl/.
