Computers and Electrical Engineering, Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience, Computer Science

AIMS AND SCOPE

PAAP 2019 will provide a forum for scientists and engineers in academia and industry to present their research results and
development activities in all aspects of parallel architectures, algorithms and programming techniques. We devoutly wish
participants to learn the basic theory of a gradual approach, practical experimental data, new business models, and the latest

Papers reporting original and unpublished research results and experience are solicited. Papers will be selected based on
their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Papers must be written in English without
exceeding 12 pages in length, and be submitted electronically through https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=paap2019.
Authors should consult Springer's authors' guidelines
(ftp://ftp.springernature.com/cs-proceeding/svproc/guidelines/Springer_Guidelines_for_Authors_of_Proceedings.pdf)
and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers.

About Guangzhou

Guangzhou (also known as Canton) is the third largest Chinese city and the largest city in South Central China. Located on the
Pearl River, about 120 km (75 mi) north-northwest of Hong Kong and 145 km (90 mi) north of Macau, Guangzhou serves as an
important national transportation hub and trading port. Guangzhou has a humid, hot sub-tropical climate. The annual average
temperature is 21.8 °C (71 °F). Autumn, from October to December, is very moderate, cool and windy, and is the best travel time.
