The International Conference on Computer and Knowledge Engineering
(ICCKE) is an _online_ annual conference for the presentation of
cutting-edge research contributions in the fields of computer and
knowledge engineering. The conference will be held online. ICCKE 2019 is
the 9th virtual forum to bring together leading scientists in the field.
There are some limited registration grants for international authors.
This grant can be applied after your paper is accepted. This series of
the conference is supported by IEEE the same as previous years and the
accepted papers will be indexed by IEEE Xplore.

 	* COMPUTER SCIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE ENGINEERING
 	* ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND ITS APPLICATIONS
 	* COMPUTER NETWORK AND SECURITY 
 	* COMPUTER ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN
 	* SOFTWARE ENGINEERING 

PAPER SUBMISSION 

Authors are encouraged to submit full papers presenting new research
limited to the above-mentioned topics. Submitted papers must not have
been published elsewhere, nor be under review by another conference or
journal.  Full papers will be reviewed by expert referees active in the
field to ensure relevance to the conference and high quality. All
submissions should be written in English with a maximum of A4-size six
(6) printed pages including figures and tables. 

PAPER PRESENTATION 

Accepted papers must be presented by author(s) personally to be
published in the conference proceedings. The presentation will be online
and should be in English.

Paper submission deadline: June 21, 2019 

Notification of acceptance: August 8, 2019 

Camera-ready deadline: August 30, 2019 

Early registration deadline: August 30, 2019 

Registration deadline: October 4, 2019
