WCSP is one of the most influential international conferences in the 
areas of Wireless Communications and Signal Processing traditionally 
held in China. Xi'an is one of the Four Great Ancient Capitals of China, 
with more than 3,100 years of history. It is a city worth of multiple 
visits. We warmly welcome researchers and engineers all over world to 
participate in this influential academic event.

Scope
===============================
The Annual International Conference on Wireless Communications and 
Signal Processing (IC-WCSP) aims to gather international researchers 
from academia and industry to meet and exchange ideas and recent 
research works across the broad field of ICT technologies.

The event of WCSP 2019 will be held in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China, on October 
23-25, 2019. The theme of WCSP 2019 is to embrace the future 
communications toward intelligence, including but not limited to 
wireless communications, future networking, signal processing, 5G 
Beyond, network and information security, optical communications, 
satellite communications, intelligent informatics and big data and 
multimedia.

Submission Guidelines

All papers should be written in English with a maximum paper length of 
six (6) printed pages (10-point font) including figures without 
incurring additional page charges (maximum 1 additional page with 
overlength page charge if accepted).

Note that the maximum number of pages for a paper is 7,i.e., 6 pages 
plus 1 additional page allowed with a charge of USD50 for the additional 
page if accepted. Papers exceeding 7 pages will not be accepted by EDAS, 
nor reviewed at all. Please note you may not reduce the length of a 
paper submitted for review
after it is accepted.

Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process and all 
submissions must be done through EDAS.
