Dear Colleagues,

The SIAM Conference on Parallel Processing for Scientific Computing
2020 (SIAM PP20) and the SIAM Activity Group on Supercomputing
(SIAG-SC) invite research paper submissions on parallel algorithms,
scalable scientific computing, simulation, visualization, and machine
learning. The SIAM PP conference series focuses on the design of
numerical and discrete algorithms in the context of modern parallel
computer architectures, covering both theory and practice.

SIAM PP20 will take place in February of 2020 in the US. The location
and exact dates will be announced soon.

The research papers will be peer-reviewed. We will use a rigorous
academic peer-review process and double-blind reviewing. The reviewers
will also nominate papers for best paper and best student paper, and
the winners will be finalized during the conference.

Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of the SIAM
Conference on Parallel Processing for Scientific Computing Conference,
will be DOI indexed, and will be accessible through the SIAM
proceedings web site. Integration of these papers into the SIAM PP
series conference program would be in addition to the standard
minisymposia and contributed talks.

Submission and review:
Steering committee members: SIAG-SC and SIAM PP20 co-chairs.
Submission format: 10 pages without references. Supplementary material
will be allowed.

Papers due: September 1st, 2019
Decisions: Early November 2019
Camera-ready: December 1st, 2019

On behalf of SIAM and the SIAG-SC,

George Biros, Co-Chair of SIAM PP20
Ulrike Meier Yang, Co-Chair of SIAM PP20 & Program Director of SIAG-SC
Matthias Bolten, Secretary of SIAG-SC
Olaf Schenk, Vice Chair of SIAG-SC
Rich Vuduc, Chair of SIAG-SC
