Proceedings will be published in the Lecture Notes in Networks and 
Systems, Springer, Indexed by Scopus (Approved)

The aim of IC4S-2019 is to invite the researchers of different domains 
like Communication & Networks Technologies, Advanced Computing 
Technologies, Data Analytics and Intelligent Learning, Latest Electrical 
& Electronics Trend, and Security & Privacy Issues at a single platform 
to explore the respective research ideas. IC4S-2019 covers the novel 
ideas based on architectures, algorithms, surveys, policies, design, 
communication challenges, open issues and future research aspects. 
Selected papers will be submitted to Publishing Partner Springer LNNS 
Series. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to the below 
mentioned tracks. Moreover,IC4S-2019 encourages the submission of high

Authors are invited to submit full papers in English language only, of 
not more than 14 pages (including figures, tables & references) in 
Springer format (/templates are given/). Submissions should use the 
general Springer template with the minimum font size of 10 points. All 
papers must include a title, abstract, keywords, and complete contact 
information of all authors on the cover page. The corresponding author 
should be identified clearly. Submissions must present original work 
that has not been previously published, and is not under submission 
elsewhere. All articles will be reviewed for technical and scientific 
quality by the Technical Program Committee (TPC) and external reviewers. 
Papers must be submitted electronically (in doc/docx/ PDF format) via 
on-line submission using the Easy Chair system at the following link:

Features of the conference:

-    BEST PAPERS WILL BE AWARDED IN EVERY TRACK.

-    REGISTRATION FEES WILL BE REIMBURSED TO THE AUTHORS WHO RECEIVED 
THE BEST PAPER AWARD.

-    20 % DISCOUNT IN THE FULL REGISTRATION FEES WILL BE GIVEN TO THE 
STUDENTS OF IITS AND NITS. FOR THE DISCOUNT STUDENTS HAVE TO SHOW THE 
ORIGINAL IDENTITY CARD AT THE REGISTRATION DESK.

-    SOME OF THE SELECTED PAPERS WILL BE RECOMMENDED TO THE SPECIAL 
ISSUES OF THE SCOPUS/ SCI JOURNALS. AUTHORS OF SUCH PAPERS HAVE TO 
SUBMIT THE EXTENDED VERSION OF THEIR PAPER TO THE SI.
