[hpc-announce] IEEE Cluster Deadline Extended - May 18 anywhere on earth

The new deadline is May 18 anywhere on earth. This is an open deadline for submission of papers without the need for prior registration of an abstract.

This extension hopefully synchronizes better with some of the other conferences in the field. We eagerly look forward to your submissions.
