ISC 2018 CALL FOR WORKSHOP, SUBMISSION DUE February 21, 2018
######################################################################
Are you interested in hosting a workshop at the ISC High Performance conference? If so, please be advised that the submissions page has reopened for regular workshops (without proceedings) and the new deadline for submission is February 21, 2018.
We are accepting proposals for full- or half-day workshops. The goal of workshops is to provide attendees with a focused and in-depth platform for presentations, discussion and interaction in a particular subject area. We are inviting workshop proposals on topics related to all aspects of research, development, and application of large-scale, high-performance experimental and commercial systems.
Topics include HPC computer architecture and hardware, programming models, system software, and applications, solutions for heterogeneity, reliability, and power efficiency of systems as well as how those areas apply to big data and cloud computing.
Submitted workshop proposals will be reviewed by the ISC 2018 Workshops Committee, which is headed by John Shalf, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (USA), and Sadaf Alam, Swiss National Supercomputing Center/CSCS (Switzerland)
Workshops will be held on Thursday, June 28 in the Marriott Frankfurt Hotel, the day after the ISC High Performance conference. Attendance will require a workshop pass.
