The inaurgural Power/Energy Management at Extreme Scale Workshop (PEMES), to be held in conjunction with the International Green and Sustainable Computing Conference, invites submissions concerning the following topics:
Power and energy management standards such as PowerAPI and Redfish.
Novel research on performance optimization under hard and soft power and energy bounds.
Architectural research on power measurement and control with application to high performance computing.
“State of the practice” reports on existing HPC power and energy control schemes.
The audience will primarily be vendor and stakeholders in HPC systems. As such, we prefer research with a demonstrated relevance to current and future HPC systems.
