Open calls for submission to SRDS

The 37th IEEE International Symposium on Reliable Distributed Systems (SRDS
2018) will be held in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil on 02-05 October 2018.

MAIN TRACK
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Abstract submission: 15 April 2018
Full Paper Submission: 22 April 2018

The main track welcomes Research Papers describing original research as well as
design, development and experimental results of operational systems, Practical
Experience Reports describing ongoing industrial projects, prototype systems
and exploratory or emerging applications, and Tool Papers describing
architecture, implementation and usage of substantive tools to aid the research
and practice of reliable distributed systems.
Research Papers, Practical Experience Reports, and Tool Papers should be no
longer than 10 pages, following the IEEE two-column format for conference
proceedings.

POSTERS AND ABSTRACTS

Submission Deadline: 22 July 2018

The Posters and Fast Abstracts Track welcomes original and innovative research
contributions with focus on the dependability and security of distributed
systems.
Posters should be no longer than 3 pages, and Fast Abstracts no longer than 2
pages, both following the IEEE two-column format for conference proceedings.

CALL FOR DOCTORAL SYMPOSIUM PAPERS

Paper submission: 29 June 2018

The Doctoral Symposium provides an opportunity for graduate students working in
research areas related to reliable distributed systems to present their problem
statement, goals, methods and results, and to receive high-quality feedback and
guidance from established researchers and other graduate students joining the
forum.
The papers should be no longer than 2 pages in IEEE two-column format,
presenting the problem domain and statement, the main challenges identified,
and the envisioned or devised approach.
