The organizing committee is delighted to invite you to HPCC2017, The 19th
IEEE International Conference on High-Performance Computing and
Communications, to be held in Bangkok, Thailand, from 18th to 20th of December
2017. The HPCC-2017 conference is the next event in a series of highly
successful international conferences on high performance computing and
communications (HPCC), previously held as HPCC-16 (Sydney, Australia),
HPCC-15 (New York, USA, August 2015), HPCC-14 (Paris, France, August 2014),
HPCC-13 (Zhangjiajie, China, November 2013), HPCC-12 (Liverpool, UK, June
2012), HPCC-11 (Banff, Canada, September 2011), HPCC-10 (Melbourne,
Australia, September 2010), HPCC-09 (Seoul, Korea, June 2009), HPCC-08

Bangkok is the capital and most populous city of the Kingdom of Thailand. It
is a large city known for ornate shrines and vibrant street life. The
boat-filled Chao Phraya River feeds its network of canals, flowing past the
Rattanakosin royal district, home to opulent Grand Palace and its sacred
Wat Phra Kaew Temple. Like most of Thailand, Bangkok has a tropical savanna

the Köppen
climate classification

under the influence of the South Asian monsoon

three seasons, hot, rainy and cool, although temperatures are fairly hot
year-round, ranging from an average low of 22.0 °C (71.6 °F) in December to
an average high of 35.4 °C (95.7 °F) in April.
