> The deadline for submitting a student travel grant application for SC17 (Denver
> 12 - 17 November, 2017) is rapidly approaching.  These grants award up to
> $600 for students in  North America and $1200  for students whose
> travel originates elsewhere. These funds may be used towards  air
> and ground  transportation,  food and hotel costs.  Targeted  students are
>  undergraduates,  masters  and  early-career Ph.D. students.

> In  addition to the  travel  reimbursement,  selected  students
> will receive complimentary  Technical  Program  registration, and will be
> assigned a mentor to help them navigate the conference. We will attempt to
