Paper abstracts are due one week earlier by August 19, 2016. Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal, conference or workshop. Simultaneous submission of the same work is not allowed. Submissions should use the IEEE conference template. Please refer to the IEEE formatting instruction for details: <http://www.computer.org/CPS>
