The 12th IEEE AFRICON 2015 will be held on the historic UNECA Conference Center, in Addis Ababa, from 14-17 September 2015. The theme of the conference is "GREEN INNOVATION FOR AFRICAN RENAISSANCE" and the event will feature a comprehensive technical program with distinguished keynote speakers and a vibrant social program.

PROCEEDINGS

Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE AFRICON 2015 conference Proceedings. The accepted papers will also be included in IEEE Xplore digital library.
